I’m Alisa Reznik, a COO and executive leadership coach. For over a decade, I’ve scaled tech teams and companies through rapid growth and complexity. Early in my career, I believed hard work alone would build a successful career. I was wrong. Visibility was the missing piece. Now I help women leaders grow faster and smarter, building influence, claiming space, and positioning themselves for the promotion and pay they deserve. I don’t teach theory.
