Women on Fire in the Workplace: How Menopause Needs to be Addressed in Working Environments
Unfortunately, many women reduce their working hours during this time because they no longer feel like they can function properly. However, it is not communicated why you are either canceling completely or shortening your contract. It's just a taboo. Awareness needs to be created here and there needs to be greater understanding on the part of the company too. It has to get out of the taboo zone so that women can do their jobs confidently even during this time. I'm currently in the process of deepening the topic for myself, I'm working on various online courses on the topic and would like to create more awareness of the topic. Do we want to do it together?
