Our story
FemTechConf® is an EU-approved training provider and one of the largest Women in Tech communities across Europe and the EMEA, with more than 450,000 community members worldwide.
Our mission is to amplify the voices of women in technology and business, increase their visibility, and create more opportunities for women to lead, grow, and shape the future. We bring together an inclusive global community of women and allies who are committed to driving meaningful change across technology, STEM, leadership, and business.
Through our events, community initiatives, educational programmes, partnerships, and digital platforms, we connect professionals, leaders, executives, founders, and change-makers from across the STEM and business ecosystem.
Our community goes beyond technology alone, welcoming voices from engineering and product, data and AI, leadership and management, HR and people operations, marketing, strategy, finance, business development, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
We create spaces where people can exchange knowledge, share experiences, build valuable relationships, access new opportunities, and gain practical insights that support their personal and professional growth.
By bringing together diverse perspectives, industries, career levels, and backgrounds, we aim to build a stronger and more inclusive ecosystem in which women are represented, heard, supported, and empowered to take on leadership roles and influence the decisions shaping our future.

FemTechConf is born as a virtual conference - a bold response to lockdown that instantly connected women in tech across borders, sparking a movement that would grow far beyond the screen.
